. General Policy Overview
1.1 This Refund and Return Policy applies to all products purchased through the Ultramartly website, mobile application, or other official sales channels.
1.2 Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly, while also ensuring compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
1.3 The eligibility of returns and refunds may vary depending on the type of product, manufacturer guidelines, and specific promotions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- They are defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
- You received an incorrect product or a product with missing parts.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe.
2.2 To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2.3 Certain categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, groceries, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, innerwear, skincare, etc.)
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable digital products
3. Return Timeframe
3.1 Customers may request a return within 7 to 15 days of receiving the order, depending on product category.
3.2 For electronics, appliances, and high-value items, returns may be accepted within 10 days of delivery.
3.3 For fashion, lifestyle, and general merchandise, returns are accepted within 15 days.
3.4 Beyond the stated period, Ultramartly reserves the right to decline the return request.
4. Return Process
4.1 To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Ultramartly account and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the order and click on the “Return” option.
- Provide a reason for the return and upload supporting images if required.
4.2 Once your request is submitted, our customer support team will review and confirm eligibility.
4.3 Approved returns will be scheduled for pick-up by our logistics partner, or you may be required to ship the item back at our expense (depending on the case).
4.4 You will be notified at every stage of the process via email or SMS.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
5.2 If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment, unless otherwise requested.
5.3 Refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking & UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
- Digital Wallets: 2–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as store credit, gift vouchers, or direct bank transfer after confirmation of bank details.
5.4 Any shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Ultramartly’s error.
6. Replacements and Exchanges
6.1 Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement or exchange (subject to product availability).
6.2 Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant.
6.3 If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
7.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 You may be required to provide photographs or videos as evidence.
7.3 In such cases, returns and refunds will be processed at no additional cost to you.
8. Exceptions and Special Cases
8.1 Products purchased during clearance sales, “final sale” promotions, or under “no return” offers are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
8.2 Bundled or combo offers must be returned as a complete package. Partial returns are not accepted.
8.3 Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are not eligible for returns.
8.4 Ultramartly reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted; however, you may request a return once delivered.
9.2 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
10. Store Credit and Gift Vouchers
10.1 In some cases, refunds may be issued in the form of Ultramartly store credit or gift vouchers.
10.2 Store credit and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be redeemed within their validity period.
